The American Orthopedic™ vacuum’s quiet operation eases patients’ fears through reduction of noise.  However, it is powerful enough to pick up even fine particles.  M-PACT vacuums are the only vacuums that incorporate a unique filter cartridge thus creating a safer environment.  Once the dust enters the filter it is trapped.  Other vacuums use paper bags that are messy to clean.  It doesn’t make sense to vacuum the dust when removing the cast and then spill it all over the office.  This will not happen with the M-PACT cartridge system.  The remote on/off switch gives the ability to use the vacuum alone or with the saw.
